This Fall has been a subdued one for me for several reasons. Accordingly, the photo “Caught on the Edge” seemed to be a good one for my October (actually October-November) print of the month sale. I made this photo at a small cascade on Wildcat Creek where it flows around Wildcat Park. I used a telephoto lens to isolate a small area where some fall leaves had gotten caught at the edge of one of the small drops in the stone. To me, this photo captures a quiet moment of Fall-something I could always use more of. I hope it brings that feeling to its viewers.
